UDF support

Your FAQ states that mkisofs does not support UDF. Well, I have created data DVDs with the mkisofs contained in the latest available ports of the cdrecord/cdrtools package from froloff using UDF and it worked fine.

WPFolderEx runtime and CW Multimedia classes

Hello, It seems that there is a conflict between the WPFolderEx extension class and the CW Multimedia classes that are included in eComStation. With WPFolderEx installed there are two problems with Ogg Vorbis files: ⋅ When I right-click on an Ogg Vorbis file object, the pop-up menu is disp...

Re: Device not woken up, shutdown via XWP

Shutdown via APM works correctly with both the standard APM.SYS driver and ACPI.PSD/APM.ADD. But using "plain" ACPI leaves the file system dirty. This problem has been mentioned in the eCS developer mailing list and Paul Ratcliffe, the XWP maintainer, has asked for information from the ACPI develop...

Device not woken up, shutdown via XWP

I have an ASUS M2N-E board that is equipped with an nForce 570 Ultra chip set. Apparently, the ACPI driver versions 2.15 and 2.16 do not wake up the sound device, an ADI 1988. The hardware manager *does* show "HDA NVidia" with IRQ 10, though. I can get sound via Uniaud, but I have to boot Windows XP...
